WHAT IS A J.E.A ?
An international junior consultancy
A Junior Expert Assignment is a mission carried out by a team of 9 students at the end of the engineering cycle of studies. This assessment is prepared and scheduled several months in advance, supported by a university lecturer, researcher and a teaching team.
It aims to apply the knowledge or cross-curricular skills developed during our years of study and experiences.
This expert assessment is based on the request of a corporate sponsor looking for our services. The study can be carried out according to different themes or areas of application depending on the need of the project and the request of the sponsor in a developing country or region.

Pre-project :

Feasibility studies : A study that verifies that the project is technically feasible and economically viable. The following components are distinguished: technical, commercial, economic, legal and organizational.

Opportunity studies : A study that aims to limit, at a reasonable cost, uncertainty to any complex project. It allows to assess if a project deserves to be realized. The community then decides to continue, postpone or abandon the project.
Post -project :
Impact measurement (social-economic/environmental)
Territorial studies :
A study at the scale of a complete territory delimited (Regions/Country/Agglomeration) which gathers several studies (Market, Sector, Structure, Sector, Production) and it allows us to assess a given problem.
